How to make OPLS-AA parameter file
1) Make the chemical structure of molecule or polymer.
2) Upload the molecular structure file. PolyPaerGen supports MOL, MOL2, PDB, CML.
After PolyParGen made OPLS-AA parameter, the parameter file is sent to user by email.
